Great Service

Susan has an excellent knowledge of the housing market. She suggested a price point which was the same as I had in mind. (Another chain estate agent in Porthmadog recommended a price point 50k lower than Susan suggested and seemed out of touch with the local area). Susan kept us posted throughout the process and when there were sticking points had the skill and tact to iron them out. All in all a very good experience.
